# Privacy What we collect, why, and for how long

Short version: you can search and call without sending us any personal details. Your contact details are only needed when you ask a company for a quote, and we don't sell them.

Last reviewed October 29, 2026

Draft Draft, to be reviewed before launch.

## What we collect

-

**Quote details** Name, phone or email, ZIP code and the job, only when you send a form. A quote goes to the one company you pick.

-

**Correction reports** What's wrong and, if you choose, an email for a reply.

-

**Basic visit statistics** Pages viewed, counted without advertising trackers or cross-site cookies.

## How long we keep it

- Quote requests: 24 months, so we can follow up on complaints, then deleted.
- Correction reports: 12 months.

## Who we share with

The company you send a request to, and the service providers that run our website and email under contract. We don't sell or rent personal details. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

NearMe Five may earn a fee when you request a quote through our pages. That never changes who is in the five or the order, which is set by distance.
