# Terms of use The rules for using NearMe Five

Please read these before using the site or sending a quote request.

Last reviewed October 29, 2026

Draft Draft, to be reviewed before launch.

## Lists and distances

Lists follow our published method and public data. Distances are straight-line estimates, and hours are as posted by each company. Check important details with the company before you hire.

## Sponsored placements

Paid placements are always labelled "Sponsored", sit outside the numbered list and never change who is in the five or the order.

## Quote requests

When you send a request, it goes only to the company you choose. Any agreement for work is between you and that company.

NearMe Five may earn a fee when you request a quote through our pages. That never changes who is in the five or the order, which is set by distance.
