How claiming works
- Find your listingSearch for your business name and city. Not listed yet? Contact us and we'll add you.
- Verify ownershipWe call or text the number on your listing with a six-digit code, or you upload a business license.
- Fix and add detailsPhone, hours, holiday hours, service area, jobs you do and photos.
- Upgrade if you want toOptional. Free profiles stay in the five on the same terms.

Questions from owners
Can I add neighborhoods I travel to?
Yes. List the areas you regularly work in. We show you for those places and label the card "Works in" so people know you come to them.
Can I say I take same-day jobs?
Yes, add it to your profile with the hours it applies to. Keep it accurate: people call expecting it.
Does my response time affect my place?
No. The order is set by distance after a quality check. Answering fast just wins you more of the calls you get.
What if my base address is wrong?
Fix it when you claim. Distance is measured from your base, so a wrong address puts you in the wrong place on the list.
